Working extensively with reinforcement and concrete, and with our in house structural waterproofing division McCane Construction can provide a total basement solution form concept to completion with the reassurance all works are covered within one contractors package.
McCane Construction have the facilities and expertise to install both new build basements and convert existing cellars into habitable spaces. Through traditional underpinning, reinforced concrete or ICF (Insulated concrete formers), McCane Construction can advise a preferred product for the project involved. We can be part of the design team to assist with structural waterproofing details and ensure the design is suitable for the basement conversion reducing wasted time and unnecessary cost.
We work closely with additive suppliers ensuring quality is achieved at such a crucial part of the project if a waterproof concrete solution is the preferred method.
Converting an existing cellar into a habitable basement can be problematic and being able to offer a total solution can often reassure a client. With McCane Construction’s expertise in underpinning and foundations as well as being an installer of type A & C waterproofing systems, we have the capabilities to transform an unused space into a habitable area with the reassurance the waterproofing system complies with BS8102. Being CSSW certified allows an insurance backed guarantee to be issued along side McCane Construction’s 10 year guarantee.
McCane Construction can also fit out the space to provide a complete finished project from concept to completion.
